• Recommend services and treatments to Customers, based on their needs and Doctors’ input.
• Follow up with Customers on their treatments, and remind them of their treatments.
• Understand Customer’s skin conditions, and skin concerns.
• Ensure Customers’ satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality.
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records.
• Maintain excellent After-Sales relationships with Customers.
• Provide advice on Procedure Downtime, Pre-and Post-Care Guide.
• Monitor and evaluate ways to meet Monthly Sales Targets.
• Work together with Management and Aesthetic Doctors to achieve the Company goals/objectives.
• Work with higher management to come out with company strategies.
• Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation to Our Team to bring the best of their skills.
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
